Sample requirement
Small businesses sign up for our SaaS workspace, but admins cannot easily invite coworkers. Many accounts stay single-user and churn within 14 days.
Objective: Increase 14-day multi-user activation with email and link invites.
User story
As a workspace admin, I want to invite teammates by email or shareable link with a chosen role, so that my team can collaborate in one workspace.
Acceptance criteria
- Given I am an admin with seats available
- When I invite 3 emails as "Member"
- Then 3 invitations are sent and shown as pending
Example output. Every draft is editable and needs team review.
